Sold as-is
All items are sold as-is, with all faults, and with no warranty of any kind. Manufacturer warranties do not transfer. “New in box” describes condition, not warranty.
We do not install, service, program, test or certify any item we sell. Confirming that an item is correct and code-compliant for your application is the buyer’s responsibility.
All sales are final
No returns, no exchanges, and no cancellations once payment has been made.
Request additional photos, measurements or an inspection before ordering. We will answer any question about condition in writing.
Prices and orders
Prices quoted are for the item only. Freight is quoted separately.
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. No item is reserved until that confirmation is issued.
Shipping and pickup
We ship within the United States. Freight is quoted per item and paid by the buyer. Large items ship LTL freight and may require a loading dock or lift gate. Advise us if neither is available.
Inspect every delivery before signing, and note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork at the time of delivery. A clean signature makes a freight damage claim difficult to pursue.
Pickup is available by appointment in Colton, California. Loading and securing the load is the buyer’s responsibility.
Tax
California sales tax is applied where applicable. For resale purchases, provide a valid California resale certificate before invoicing.
Liability
Our liability for any item is limited to the amount paid for that item. We are not liable for lost profits, downtime, or the cost of installing or removing any item.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
